We are in-network with the following insurance carriers:

Self-Pay Rates

If you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance benefits, the following rates apply:

  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes): $170

  • Follow-up Psychotherapy Session (55 minutes): $150/session

Limited sliding scale spots available.

Cancellation Policy

Sunset Counseling and Wellness, PLLC requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will incur a $75 fee charged to the credit card on file for the missed session.
