Karen Silinsky, MSW, LCSW, MFA
Hi, I’m Karen
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, judgment-free space where you can show up authentically, feel heard and understood, and have your therapy goals validated. I am a compassionate, supportive therapist with extensive training and personal life experience that I bring to sessions to help you in the ways you want and need.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, boundary difficulties, and identity concerns. I also support neurodivergent clients and individuals exploring or navigating LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences and changes associated with perimenopause and menopause.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and individualized. Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident and connected. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy—I’m here to meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful change.
Please feel free to reach out so that we can have a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to see if we could be a good fit for your needs.
